Ifraaz has gone to a great deal of trouble to write several bad reviews about Excalibur Cars and all just because I insisted on payment as per our policy and previously agreed contractual arrangements. I’m all for fair reviews but this negative review was only brought about because I had to insist hard on payment then and there. There is not a limousine company in NZ that would do a job without payment up front or on the day as is common practice. I now truly believe he would not have paid if I had not insisted he do so and having been in business for myself for over 33 years one develops an instinct for trouble makers and my google research had me smiling accordingly to see he has a serious criminal record.

The vehicle does not have A/C due to its age and nor do we advertise as such. The bride did have difficulty with her seat belt but the seat belts do work and are checked by VTNZ every six months when the vehicles are inspected. Ifraaz Joseph was obviously having a bad day as he was being very critical of his father whilst we were waiting in the car for guests to turn up to the reception at the Manurewa RSA saying disrespectful comments about his father’s organisational timing. I found his father to be most friendly and accommodating man especially helping me in getting most of the money I was owed and even then I was short paid! The fact that his best man with whom I had been in contact with over the booking, didn’t even bother to turn up! was also a sad indication of the troubles to come.
