Worst experience!!!!!!!! Had to purchase a new wedding dress a week before my wedding from a different store since my dress - which arrived 2 weeks before my wedding, despite being paid for about 6 months before - was all WRONG! They spent 6 months lying to me about it’s whereabouts. I was told it was being made to my body shape only to receive a standard sized dress that needed to be altered in so many different places - making it look totally “off” in the end. They blamed me for it looking wrong, saying I had put on weight and refused to help me. Seriously, they only care about the money. I am now left with 2 wedding dresses and a huge bill and a very bitter taste in my mouth. Ladies, do not trust them.

Terrible company! Avoid at all costs!!! They never gave my dress deposit to my dress designer. The store in Melbourne closed without informing me. Sources tell me that the owners owe money to Landlords, workers, designers and now Brides!!! Therefore New Zealand Brides, avoid this store!! The husband and wife own both the Melbourne and New Zealand stores. I would hate this to happen to you too!!!
