About Auckland’s Waitakere Estate
Auckland’s Waitakere Estate specialises in smaller, more intimate weddings, catering for a maximum of 70 people. We can help you arrange everything down to the finest detail, to ensure that you have a day to remember forever.
We provide options for indoor and outdoor weddings and civil unions. Options include a ceremony in the landscaped gardens among a “cathedral” of large native trees with gorgeous bird song in the background.
Another option is an indoor ceremony in our quaint on-site chapel set beneath a large kauri tree. Alternatively, we have our spacious lounge with its magnificent scoria fireplace and elegant furnishings.
After the ceremony our waiting staff will circulate with champagne and canapés of your choice, while you take advantage of the extensive grounds with our spectacular gardens and architecture for your exclusive on-site photo shoot.
