I went in on a whim to see if they had a dress that was on their website years ago. I showed Colleen a photo and she was able to find the dress immediately and, although I was just looking, insisted that I try it on if I wanted to. I’m glad I did, because I ended up buying it! She was happy to put it on hold for me so I could bring my mum and a bridesmaid with me to give me their opinions. She was so patient - getting me different dresses to try on to compare, letting me try on my dress several times - all while having a full shop on a Saturday morning!

Wow where to start? I asked a question about a gown my daughter was trying on which had a very noticeable seam just where you would expect it to be a pantie line which was only on one side? So it wasn’t a pantie line but a join in the fabric? I said that it was a shame it was in such a position. The response from Colleen was “whatever” which rather shocked me! The dress was $3,000! My daughter was asked if she lived with her fiancé to which the answer was yes, so Colleen went onto say that wasn’t the way it’s meant to be, but we just have to get used to it. Colleens next comment was so he knows what’s inside we’ve just got to wrap beautifully. My daughters mother-in-law to be asked what fabric was the underskirt, wondering if it was a breathable fabric as its a summer wedding? Colleen responded with “I don’t know but if its a hot day she won’t be the only one to be hot & you never know it might be pouring with rain"Colleen also told my daughter whilst us two Mums moved our cars. “Men think that intimacy is the way to great sex & women think romance is the way to great sex” We won’t be going back!

The ladies at this shop are amazing!!! Best customer service i’ve ever had in any store. So helpful and lovely. Made the whole experience. Would highly recommend to anyone

As I live in Australia my Mum and Bridesmaids basically sorted the dresses and were allowed to take photos to email over to me (a lot of places will not let you do this - Modes in Newmarket for example).  This made the whole process much easier!

The dresses we chose were also able to be made in different lengths which was fabulous!

The girls looked amazing in their dresses and were very happy with the service they got!

Carla at Ballgowns and Bridal was fantastic! Very helpful, she went out of her way to find us prices & style numbers of the gowns that we liked.

Overall, very good service, we found her to be professional & knowledgeable and friendly.

The team at Ballgowns and Bridal were amazing! They were super helpful and accommodating - even staying open late for us to finish up. I found the most stunning dress there and it was the first shop I had visited (I had no idea what I wanted and the ladies were fabuoous). I also got my bridesmaids dresses through Ballgowns and Bridal and used Ingrid (recommended dressmaker) for tailoring.

The whole experience was fantastic. Highly recommend to all!
