Booked two bunches of multi coloured hydrangea petals a couple of months before my wedding. They were absolutely perfect and did not wither or lose their quality at all.

We had so much fun with them and they look so beautiful and natural in the photos!

I hadn’t planned on having confetti at our wedding, but decided to do so almost at the last minute. I was very glad to have stumbled across Church Confetti on the internet. Ruth was so helpful and generous. The colours that I picked initially were not ready yet and Ruth suggested an alternative, including the harlequin hydrangeas, which I had not considered. In the end, they were the perfect choice as they matched the colour scheme perfectly. What was even better was that they are smaller and lighter in weight than the rose petals, so they take off like little butterflies in the wind. Simply stunning! Ruth was very flexible with my order - I had paid for roses, but when I changed to hydrangeas (which are slightly more expensive), she didn’t charge any extra. I would highly recommend Church Confetti.

Ruth supplied us with our invites, where we used her “I flower” stationary. They were a hit with the guests.

Ruth also supplied us rose petals for on our tables as we as for confetti.

She was a real pleasure to deal with and we couldn’t have asked for more. We would happily recommend Church Confetti to anyone.

We had our wedding at a friends beautiful property it was in a marquee on her front lawn. The actual wedding was in front of the ponds so when we through the confetti it was really important that it was something that looked beautiful and wasn’t going to harm the beautiful grounds or need to be picked up. Ruth was extremely helpful the confetti was absolutely beautiful and worth every penny. I came across Church Confetti while looking online for alternatives to traditional confetti for my daughter’s recent wedding. I suspected that Ruth’s rose petals may be hard like the often multi coloured freeze dried rose petals sold at party supplies companies and $2 shops. Luckily I drove to Howick to see Ruth and handled the petals myself. It’s hard to believe they are dried; they are soft and pliable and look and feel just like fresh petals. They are packed in airproof cellophane bags and are easy to store.

My daughter’s gown was ivory so we bought two packets of ivory petals. The wedding venue didn’t lend itself to multiple guests with petals in cones, so I bought the lidded square woven flax baskets available from Spotlight.  We used both halves as baskets for the petals and the two ushers held the baskets while the bridesmaid and best man threw double handfuls of petals high over the bride and groom.

This looked fantastic, with the petals being big enough, yet light enough, to float to the ground and be very visible in the photos, The toss tradition really adds joy and laughter to the end of the ceremony and these petals are not fiddly like bubbles with little containers. Plus, of course,  they are fully biodegradable and look pretty on the ground.

I thoroughly recommend Church Confetti’s products to others and with Ruth being friendly, interested and helpful, their customer service is excellent.

Bought freeze dried rose petals from Church Confetti. Highly recommend this company. They were in touch quickly and the product is amazing. Beautiful deep red petals were delivered the next day along with instructions on caring for them. I would happily deal with this business again. Wish all the wedding companies I dealt with were so quick and hassle free.

Wow! What a wonderful, affordable and proffesional service. Two days before the wedding i came across the church confetti facebookpage and fell in love with the products Ruth creates. Still struggling to find some bio- degradable confetti and wanting to arrange a special surprise for my sister i arranged 10 confetti cones personalised with the bride and grooms name, wedding date and a special sister poem. With such short noitice i was convinced we wouldnt be able to get them arranged in time but ruth was fantastic. Informing me quickly and efficiently with what was posssible and what she could create and the end result was fantastic. The cones were filled with beautiful dried roses and made a fantastic keepsake for the guests. They were beautifully presented and brought lots of tears to my sisters ans guests eyes. I would highly reccomend anyone to ruth and her talents. Compared to most wedding services the products are also extremely reasonably priced which is an added bonus!

It was an absolute pleasure to deal with Ruth at Church Confetti.  She was very obliging, accommodating and flexible.  We are totally thrilled with the end result and we know the petal confetti will enhance the wedding.  Although the petals seem expensive, we appreciate the work involved in the freeze drying process which results in a true quality product.

Fantastic Service. Very helpful and made my choice very easy. LOVE my rose petals!!

I’m not sure if I’ve come across a more accommodating service! Having arrived from UK to wed virtually a day later on Waiheke without isle petals Ruth (it seemed) expedited the service and met us at the ferry terminal to hand over the gorgeous petals.  Upon our initial correspondence to the end product was a personal service and Ruth took away what could have been a very stressful situation and replaced it with a “blimey, wish more services were like this!”.

Great service, went out of the way to make sure I had the petals on time. Petals are priced similarly to everywhere else so no real competitive edge there but the service and friendly communications make Church confetti the better option.
