If you want beautiful ethereal photos that capture the glow and haze you feel on your wedding day - Emily is the woman for you. She goes above and beyond to deliver photographs that reflect who you and your partner are - and somehow, in a crazy busy day is able to get you to slow down, engage,  and savour the moment. The lighting, sensitivity and playfulness of Emily’s work are a testament to her skill both behind the camera and with people. I am utterly overjoyed with our wedding photos - they somehow captured the silliness and love that I feel when I am with my best friend (now husband). We are so grateful that it was Emily (and that spectacular bottle of vintage rose champagne) who we shared that amazing moment with, just after the ceremony. Use her - you won’t be disappointed.

I cannot say enough about what an incredible photographer Emily is, as well as what a wonderful friend she has become! Emily was so excited about our big day from the first email. She addressed our budgetary concerns and handled our difficult best man with ease! She quickly grasped the type of wedding we were planning, and the appropriate tone for our photos.

I felt completely comfortable with Emily on our wedding day, it was like having a friend with us, even though we had only known her a short time. Our images are just incredible and completely represent how we felt about our big day. It was such fun to meet with Emily after the wedding and view the photos with a glass of wine in hand. She gave us two discs of photos and best of all the images belong to us and can be printed at our leisure.

We chose Emily as our wedding photographer after being impressed with the photos she had taken of a friend’s wedding.
We were very impressed with her professionalism and passion for her craft.  She went out of her way to ensure we had a suitable and easily accessible location for our shoot (given time restraints imposed on us by our wedding venue), and was very accommodating with our specific requests.

Emily and her colleague Kristen recently took photos at our wedding.  The entire process with Emily was lovely and relaxed, all the way through to the lovely Spanish wine we had when viewing our photos.  As a compliment to Emily, I cannot remember her at all during our ceremony.  I mean that in the nicest possible way as we have amazing photos of this very important part of our day yet she was incredibly discreet. Our bridal party photos were taken as we walked to our venue.  Emily would spot great locations on the go… the beach, boardwalk, garage door (!), blue fence and ice-cream shots are amazing! I would recommend Emily without hesitation.

Emily was a brilliant choice for our photographer.  She blended into the wedding and besides the necessary grouping and traditional shots we hardly noticed she was there!  She was always very organised and had wonderful ideas on what would look great.  We wanted photos that weren’t to staged and had a more relaxed look and Emily worked with us to achieve this.  The end result we had was amazing.  We couldn’t recommend her more highly!

Emily did a fantastic job of photographing our wedding down in Pauanui.  She captured all of the details of the day and made us feel so relaxed and natural.  We were blown away when we saw the photos and are finding it hard to just choose one for our thank you cards.  I would highly recommend Emily to anyone.  She is relaxed and easy to deal with so we knew we were in safe hands on the big day.  Thanks Emily!
