I was absolutely stoked with the service at House of Kavina in Dunedin. I am actually from Auckland and chose to travel down to Dunedin to shop for dresses as my best friend couldn’t travel up to me.
Not only were they not snooty at all like alot of places I’ve seen and heard about in Auckland but they were patient, down to earth, friendly, beyond helpful and most importantly for me - not pushy.
I was really nervous about trying on dresses after having two babies and not feeling great about myself, but Jean - the woman who helped me, put me at ease within seconds of being in the shop and I was able to walk away same day with the dress of my dreams.
Excellent service and a really great range of dresses.
