Wedding menus are designed to give you both choice and flexibility in the style of food you would like to compliment this, your very special event.

We like to meet you and your partner to gather relevant information regarding your wedding and begin the planning of your catering arrrangements. We will be able to offer guidance on serving suggestions and suitabilty based on guest numbers, equipment requirements and the limitations and facilities at your venue

Lemongrass Catering is able to work in a wide variety of enviroments and can provide fresh, quality food for you and your guests to enjoy. With all catering done by Lemongrass we pride ourselves that it is all hand made, even down to the bread at some occasions. We dont use pre packaged frozen products.

Belinda and the team at Lemongrass Catering far exceeded our expectations. Belinda was easy to deal with, customised the menu to suit us, and on the night her and her team delivered exceptional delicious food!

Many guests told us it was the best catering they had ever had at a function.

We couldn’t have asked for anyone better to cater our wedding, and would book Lemongrass catering again in a heartbeat.

When we first met Belinda at her kitchen in Tauranga my husband was taken back by how many questions she asked about the wedding planning. She was the first of our chosen suppliers we met with, so her questions were really highlighting the fact we had nothing planned! That day she gave us delicious food to taste, recommended our amazing celebrant, and showed us she knew what she was doing - in the kitchen and as a wedding supplier. Corresponding via email (we live in Australia) was easy and we worked together to choose a menu. Belinda is good value for money, she has a lot of great suggestions and is flexible to our ideas. She was a reliable supplier who we trusted to not only provide yummy food but also have everything under control. She managed a late venue change, as well as upgrading one of the salads a couple of days before due to the weather/facilities. Belinda was happy to calm us down, tell us what to expect, give suggestions on cakes or food or settings or anything. On the day she met with our MCs and took care of everything - no problems came at us! The food was delicious and there were leftovers. Our guests gave us great feedback about the food and our venue also about Lemongrass. She even packed the bridal party a tray of canapes! Belinda is efficient and reliable - we would definitely recommend Lemongrass to give yummy food you can count on.

Belinda at Lemongrass arranged the most amazing food for our wedding. Everyone commented on the amazing canapés, great spread of salads and meat dishes and delicious deserts. The boys were particularly delighted as they were even allowed back for seconds. The staff were all friendly and nothing was a hassle for them.
