Thank you so much for our wedding DVD! It was incredible! I was so worried about having the wedding recorded as I thought it would be one more thing to oversee, so it was such a relief to have someone so professional there to take that stress away!
You captured the day so well! It feels like I’m watching a professional movie with my husband and I as the stars!

We were very reluctant to get a wedding video done at all, but after pressure from family to get one done, we gave in.  I found Robyn’s website online, and Robyn was warm, informative and quick to respond right from our first contact with her.  Robyn sent us samples of her work, and discussed what we wanted in the lead up to our wedding day.

On the day Robyn was very discrete - we hardly even noticed she was there.  No awkwardness of feeling like we had a camera in our face.  I was very nervous about seeing myself on film, but Robyn captured people and the mood of our wedding day beautifully.  No posed shots, or directions from Robyn - just very natural.  Robyn edited it all together with music we had chosen to tell the story of our day just as it happened.  It is such a special thing for us to have the DVD, because with all the excitement on the day, everything happens so quickly, and it is over before you know it, and there are so many moments you don’t notice when you are the center of attention.  It really is the memories and images that you treasure.

If you are unsure about getting a video done, I would highly recommend that you do.  We are so glad that we had persuasive family and got a DVD done for our wedding.

We would not hesitate to recommend Robyn to anyone looking for a videographer.  She is a lovely person to work with, and is very good at what she does.

Dear Robyn

This letter is long overdue but better late than never.

When Lenny and I were planning our wedding, we wrote up a “wish list”. Basically everything we both wanted. Then we did a budget, which of course ment the “wish list” ha…d to change somewhat.

I am lucky that he was as excited and just as involved in the planning as me, I know a lot of brides have to do the majority of the planning and the grooms go with the flow, not here, Lenny is as particular and as fussy as I am.

Once we started pricing things, we were shocked at the prices of some things, the mention of the “W” (wedding) word seems to inflate prices, for example flowers, who the hell wants to spend thousands on flowers? Not me.

There were several main areas I wasn’t going to scrimp in, a couple of them were photos and DVD. I shopped around on the internet looking for wedding videographers, there are so many. You seemed to be the only one who sent out a DVD for me to see, rather than a 1.30 minute clip on the computer that stops and starts all the time. That, and the fact you did a friends wedding and she couldn’t have praised you more, sold me.

I love the different packages you offer, it was exactly what I was wanting.

On the face of it, photos and videos appear to be fairly expensive, but I was digging my toes in and Lenny eventually saw the light.

I was bridesmaid for my auntys wedding 20 years ago, she was married in March. She had her wedding videoed. In November my dad dropped dead on his way home from work with a heart attack. Thank god for her wedding video as thats the last recording I have or his voice and of seeing him properly.

Having our day on a DVD that we can keep forever means so much to us. Even Lenny who was a wee bit sceptical can’t praise it more. Its something we have watched already I would say about 6 or 7 times, and we can send a copy to his family in South Africa.

What made things awesome was you Robyn. Lenny and I aren’t show ponys, we don’t like the limelight on us, but thats a bit hard to get away from on your wedding day, but you made us feel so at ease and it was all so easy.

We want to thank you so much for the most amazing job you have done and for making it pain free for us. It was the best day of my life and now I can watch it, relive it and remember it forever.

Robyn, I truly can’t thank you enough for capturing our wedding day as you did.  To see ourselves and loved ones interacting and enjoying each others company on our special day is priceless. You really can’t put a price on these treasured memories. And the fact that your package includes enough copies to pass onto other family and friends is just an added bonus. Just watching our highlights dvd was wonderful but to then watch the edited full version was top quality. You weren’t ever intrusive too which was great and I felt really at ease with you filming us (like you weren’t even there). I really appreciate that. I went through a few tissues the night we watched our wedding! Very highly recommended in my books!!

I would just like to say a big thank you to Robyn for doing our wedding video work, she was amazing and we hardly even knew she was there as she blended in with everyone.
