We LOVED paperless wedding!

It made everything so much easier and quicker. Being able to get all your RSVPs to one place and sort/order them was so helpful when checking our numbers and any special requirements.

We really liked that we could do reminders and thank-yous as well.

Having room for your ‘own pages’ meant we could do one about transport, one about children, and one about accommodation, and also attach things such as maps. - so can get on so much more info then a normal invite.

The best thing for us was the gift registry. To be able to get our own pics and write our own speil about what we wanted for gifts was awesome. Being able to assign prices meant we could do some really expensive and some really cheap and some split up the costs. And instead of having to get stuff at one shop we could put in our own adventures we wanted to do on our honeymoon as well as house stuff.

The only tricky thing was ensuring you have everyone’s emails right (as a few people we had ‘sent’ it to didn’t actually get the invite and we had to re-send some). Also some people do not use email (or really want a hard copy) so was a bit tricky to print some off, make them look pretty and send out.

All an all and easy, cheap, and environmentally friendly way to do the invite and most people commented on how much they loved the website we made!!!

Paperless Wedding was perfect for us.  Emma was so helpful and created an invite especially for us that perfectly matched our wedding theme.  We saved so much time and money being able to do everything electronically.  Also, by the time we got around to sending the invitations it was a little on the late side, and this way the quests received them instantly.  We had an out of town wedding and we were able to put all the information (accommodation, details about our wishing well, location and venue information) for our guests on the website.  It was super easy for guests to reply to the invitations, and all guests had replied within a month or so.  The RSVP system made it easy to keep track of our guests and all of their dietary requirements and music choices.  We had heaps of comments on our site and invitations, we were really happy with the entire process, and would highly recommend to others.

I couldn’t fault my experience with Paperless Wedding, it really was the best solution for us in terms of e-invites and getting wedding-related info across to our family and friends, all of whom lived overseas or away from where our wedding was held.

The few times I did experience a problem, they responded to my enquiry within 24 hours and had it sorted. For me, that’s the best reflection of amazing service..problems occur all the time, every day, it’s how people deal with them and resolve it that matters.

Paperless Wedding overall was a fantastic system and so green and cost effective it really worked for us. Perfect for our modern wedding.

Paperless Wedding worked out great for us. By the time we worked out what our invites and save the dates would cost, and postage, plus overseas postage, we started to see that this exercise could get expensive!

As we had a destination wedding there was heaps of info we had to give guests - so the website option was great for us to convey all this info. We also liked how we could pop into each guest and see what their reply status was.

We used the gift register option which was great - it was a good way to replace monetary gifts with honeymoon items.

The service from the owners was great too.

Would recommend for other couples.

Paperless Wedding are amazing! It is such a fantastic idea, so cost effective and saves so much time and energy too! Instead of having to ask around for everyone’s physical addresses and then spend money on postage and packaging, we could just e-mail out our invites and the website had all the details anyone could wish for. Emma and Jim (who own Paperless Wedding) are truly fantastic and go out of their way to make sure you’re happy with your package. The designs are great and so many people commented on what a cool idea it was. LOVE IT!

I would highly recommend this company if you are planning a wedding… excellent for invites, gift list and wedding websites (and I am sure much more too!) We used the website only option, it was great. My cousin had the whole package and it was amazing and so effective!

Paperless Wedding was just what we are were looking for as we were having a small wedding in Thailand.  Our friends were all over the world and we had a lot of information to share with everyone.  ‘Your Pages’ allowed us to put up detail about accommodation, also add additional details about events and add photos.  Our friends and family could all RSVP online and write messages that came straight to us. It was easy, looked great and saved us money that we can spend on the bar tab instead! Thank you for a great product and service.

We have loved using this site.  Our guest list was in an Excel sheet and we could easily upload everything into Paperless Wedding which saved us heaps of time. We used the customised template theme, which meant we could keep to our colour scheme and upload a picture of us. It was really easy to us.

Our guests loved being able to leave messages and also upload photos. Really glad we went with this option and highly recommended to other couples out there.

Paperless Wedding was fantastic for sending out all our invites.  Really cut the hassle out of worrying if people had received their invites in the mail.  People were responding within minutes of receiving their invites.  Excellent.
Site was also awesome for posting information about the wedding and Raro in general (where we got married).

I received an invite from friends that used paperless wedding invites.  Fantastic idea and would recommend to others.  I enjoyed leaving silly messages and uploading embarrassing photos of the groom! I would use paperless weddings myself.

We first thought of sending wedding invites via the post however due to circumstances we had to look for alternatives. We came across paperless weddings and we’re so glad we did! The whole process was simple and at that stage simple was good…We had a few extra requests and paperless wedding went out of their way to accommodate us.

We were able to pass on a lot more info to our guests and made it easy for them to reply and even leave messages which proved to be a good laugh. Costs wise we saved money by sending our invites this way.  The feedback from our guests was great, people were well impressed and commented on how original it was.

I would definitely recommend using paperless wedding invites.

We loved creating our invitations and wedding website together, and were impressed with the variety of Themes we could choose from. Since our wedding is in Rarotonga, this was a really quick and effective way to get a lot of information to all our guests, plus we get lots of feedback from them too! It has been great to keep a check of our RSVPs and send friendly reminders and new information out to our friends and family.
We highly recommend this service as innovative, efficient and eco-friendly.

Paperless Wedding was such a fun, exciting, and special part of our wedding. We loved that all of our guests could RSVP so quickly, send us messages, and find out all about our ceremony. Our guests all commented on how unique and fun they thought it was, and how easy it was to use. And with so many great templates it was so cool to be able to tie our on-line invitations in to the theme of our wedding. We’d recommend it to anyone planning a wedding

It’s a great idea and I’m very impressed with Jim and Emma for going the extra mile.  I wanted an invite that would tie in with my theme colours and they were only too happy to accommodate this, sending me a couple of mock ups to get it right before creating the final piece. 

The website is still in it’s early days, and so I think with time some of the little hiccups will be ironed out.  It would be good if there was a bit more freedom within each theme to add pictures/change colours etc. 
But apart from that, overall it is fantastic.
