From the first email I sent, right up until our wedding day Grayson was professional, calm and organised. I really appreciated Grayson’s quick responses to my emails and queries - he made our experience stress-free and seamless.

Not only was Grayson happy to travel for our wedding and take an early ferry, but he also recommended a fantastic hairdresser (Amelia Motuliki).

Grayson did make-up for myself, my four bridesmaids and my Mum - it was superb! We all wanted slightly different looks and Grayson accommodated everyone beautifully. He gave great advice and was a calming presence on the day. The make-up lasted so well - the only thing that needed retouching later in the day was our lipstick. It even stood up to plenty of dancing!

I’d highly recommend Grayson to anyone looking for a reliable, friendly and extremely talented make-up artist.

I love Grayson, he’s amazing makeup artist. He did my makeup, 2 bridesmaids, 3 sisters and the mother of the grooms makeup. Everyone was really happy with their makeup and everyone looked stunning.

My makeup lasted to the end of the wedding, I didn’t even need to retouch it apart from the lipstick.

I found Grayson after I had my original makeup artist cancel on me, and I think this has worked for the best because I wouldn’t have found Grayson if she didn’t cancel.

Grayson did a wonderful job of my wedding makeup, and the mother of the bride. He’s professional, friendly,  and I was really pleased with the finished look.

I had been referred to Grayson by my bridesmaid who would not recommend anyone else - and she’s a magazine editor! Grayson did not disappoint. Myself and two bridesmaids had a consultation with Grayson in preparation for my wedding in Rarotonga. As we were doing our own make-up we needed some expert tips and tricks to take with us. He did a FANTASTIC job of recommending what to think about when applying make-up in the tropics. He also took the time to apply make-up with detail on what to do and how to apply each step. In the end we all had a style that we were able to replicate at my wedding. I will be recommending Grayson to brides all over!

Grayson is AMAZING! I could not recommend him more highly. I have had my make up done many, many times over the years but no one has ever done a more beautiful job than him. Myself, five bridesmaids and mother looked absolutely gorgeous. My make up was done at 11am and when we wrapped the wedding up and I left the venue at 2am it was still completely perfect - I didn’t have to do one touch up except lipstick. Grayson was also such a pleasure to be around - getting married is a big deal and naturally your emotions run high but he was so calming and relaxed on the day. I also had a bit of a hair drama and did an incredible job of touching up my hair to make it completely perfect. Thank you, Grayson! I can not wait to use him again for my next event.

I’ve had my make up done by Grayson a few times & have always found him to be very professional & goes above & beyond. Nothing is too much of a hassle (eg- me & fellow bridemaids deciding very last minute to go with false lashes).

Grayson is an incredibly talented MUA. He works to accentuate your natural assets, and doesn’t hide you under a ton of makeup. The result is really breathtaking, I felt incredibly beautiful after he did my make up, and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him. His home studio is chic and private, and I felt super pampered the entire time. He is my go to for any future event!

I had a large party to have their makeup done. Grayson and his team ensured that they got to work quickly and were very time efficient and calm. We had a great time and all of my bridesmaids commented on the professionalism and the amazing job of their makeup. As the bride, I was so impressed with my makeup especially as I did not have a pre-trial. I was struck especially by the great price also.

It was easy to communicate with Grayson in the time leading up to the day - right from booking to payment to time and location arrangements and was always treated with the utmost professionalism.

Grayson did a truly beautiful make up for my wedding.  I was interested in having some pops of colour and he suggested the most beautiful bright pink lipstick. It was stunning with my dress (blush coloured) and looked outstanding in the photos. Everyone commented on how gorgeous my make up was and I felt beautiful! It lasted extremely well - I wore it for 14 hours and only needed to touch up with powder and lipstick a couple of times.

Grayson also did a lovely natural make up for my mum and she looked really beautiful.

Grayson was also super professional to deal with, very prompt at answering emails and questions and very accommodating with arranging a trial at short notice. He also asked me if I had ideas about colours I’d like and made suggestions where I wanted advice.

I would recommend Grayson without hesitation if you want to look absolutely gorgeous on your wedding day. He has loads of industry experience and knows how to suggest looks that suit you and your day and what will work in photos. Thanks Grayson!!

Grayson is always so friendly and charming and professional, but what I love most if he really listens and gives advice, and makes sure everyone feels happy and relaxed.

Not to mention we all looked great for the whole day, so many people commented on how lovely we looked in the photos in particular; I am sure the makeup hid my bad points!

I was unsure about having my make-up done professionally but I was talked into it by my daughter who goes to Grayson.  I was so pleased that I had it done. Grayson was just lovely and did a fabulous job of my make-up.  I would definitely use him again.

I have been to Grayson’s studio in Herne Bay a few times to get my make-up done and am always impressed with his set-up there. His studio is really professional and he does a fantastic job of my makeup.

Grayson did the most amazing job on mine and my bridesmaids makeup! I cannot begin to describe how gorgeous he made us all look! Grayson does a particularly good job at creating flawless skin and creating a delicate balance between being slightly sexy but still beautiful and feminine for your wedding day.

Finally I think what made Grayson so special was his relaxed demeanour. It is very easy to get highly anxious on the day but Grayson had this wonderful calm about him that was infectious.

Grayson was the makeup artist for our wedding.
The trial appointment was fabulous - he designed makeup to suit the style of the gown and wedding and recommended hair styling. He suggested lashes for the look I wanted and they just finished the look - and looked fantastic in the photos.

He gave great tips for pre-wedding treatments.

In the lead up to the wedding he was incredibly patient and accommodating as I added and added people to the list to have their make up and hair done.

On the day he was early and ready to go.

He did the whole wedding party and he put as much care and attention into every person from Bride, to Mother of the Bride, to Attendants to the Flower girls.
He kept us on track and made us all look and feel fantastic. 

Our hair and makeup looked stunning and lasted really well throughout the day.
In fact we all looked and felt gorgeous.

Grayson’s professional and calm manner was fabulous to be around. I could hear him giving out skin and make up advice as the morning progressed.
