My bridesmaids and I stayed in the 3 bedroom penthouse apartment the night before our recent wedding; my husband and I stayed in the same apartment on our wedding night.
The apartment itself was just stunning, everything we could’ve wanted and more. The view was gorgeous, the beds were very comfortable, the bathrooms were well appointed, the kitchen was amazing.
The level of service from the staff was second to none. They were quick, efficient, polite and clearly knew their jobs well. We asked for a portacot to be put in the apartment prior to arrival for my bridesmaid’s 9 week old son, upon arrival we found it was in the wrong room so we moved it, when we couldn’t put it back up the front desk sent someone up very quickly to help us with its set up, when it was found to be too difficult they immediately retrieved another cot and set that up in its place.
After ordering room service & having it delivered in a very timely manner we received a prompt phone call enquiring if everything was fine with our order, which it was. The food was fantastic, we were very impressed. The cocktails were also a highlight of our night.
The hotel was incredibly helpful when all of my vendors arrived the following day, directing them promptly & assisting with delivering goods to the apartment.
The day before they had taken my wedding dress & our snacks earlier than check-in and ensured it was all in our room prior to our arrival.
I’d have no problem in recommending Trinity Wharf to other brides looking for that little bit of luxury and a lot of space to get ready for their wedding.
