0 star!!! The worst customer service ever!! Our worst car rental experience ever!! Especially when the car was for my wedding!! They told us the windscreen wipers didnt work on the day we picked the car up on a stormy day (the day before my wedding- I booked the old London Taxi as the wedding car) with $50 discount. We had no other choice but to take it because there was simply no time to organise another car in the afternoon just before the wedding day. No need to say how hard the car was to drive, we also had to jump start it both on my wedding day (imagine the stress we had to go through), and the morning we returned it. When we complained about it to them, all they offered was another $25 off, it was a joke!!! Also the owner himself was extremely rude to me, wouldnt listen to what I had to say (he told me to ‘be quiet’). I admit that I was quite emotional about what happened to us, but the poor performance of the car nearly ruined my wedding!!! It almost gave me a heart attack in the morning of the wedding day when I was told the car wouldnt start.

What is the worst is their attitude towards the whole thing, especially the owner himself, they showed absolutely NO UNDERSTANDING, NO EMPATHY, NO EXPRESSION OF ANY APOLOGY. All he kept saying was ‘You’ve used the car, you were aware of the broken windscreen wiper upon pickup, and you still took it (but we had no other choice, being the day before the wedding), we’ve given you a discount’, in a very cold tone, and bad attitude. To me, they (especially the owner) dont value their customers at all, dont care what you say, dont care if you had a bad renting experience with them, all they want is money. I’ll definitely warn all the people I know not to deal with them.
