So disappointed with Rich, we paid a deposit in march 2016 and it took 6 weeks of multiple emails and phone calls to him before i finally received an email confirmation from him that he had received deposit and we had a confirmed booking. Between april and august i then tried numerous times to reach him by phone so i could talk to him about the wedding day and i have heard absolutely nothing….not one email or text or phone call. I finally emailed (because he wouldn’t answer the phone) and asked for my deposit back and i still haven’t heard anything. I have also noticed his facebook page has been deactivated. I wish i had read previous review. Shame on you rich :(

I purchased a $3500 photo package from Rich Johns for my son and daughter in law for there wedding on the 9th January 2016. We heard nothing from Rich. We started to get concerned so after many attempts phoning and emailing finally got some electronic photos at the end of May. with a promise that we would exurbs the rest of the pack in the mail within the week so I could take it to the bride and groom in the UK. It never arrived. Since then I have tried several times to call and email and even Facebook message and Rich has ignored everything and we still have nothing but he has my money. We just want our photos/ memories Rich. This is not a big ask I would have thought ! Beware of this guy don’t give him your money up front and think before you trust him with the memories of your big day
