Anna is a Christchurch based cake maker, specialising in delicious, good looking cakes for all occasions.She offers an alternative for those who are looking for a creative alternative to traditional wedding cakes.
Anna holds a degree in Fine Arts from Auckland University, and is able to create cakes to suit all tastes, styles, and budgets. She has recently returned from fifteen months in Europe, savouring and learning about the delicious desserts that the Europeans do so well, while also familiarising the locals with good honest cakes that she was brought up on.
Anna operates from both a commercial and home kitchen, and all cakes are made using free range eggs and local produce. She has a large, expanding repertoire of cake flavours available, including gluten free and vegan options.
