Have had everyone comment on the food that was served - it was amazing!!!! Highly recommend the salmon and the couscous salad as part of your food selection, they were beautiful.

We are a Kiwi couple living in Melbourne and the struggle to chose our wedding vendors from afar was very real. The only vendor we didn’t have troubles choosing? Hereford. Hamish & Cath were instantly fantastic to deal with and I absolutely fell in love with their ideals - fresh, seasonal food with a rustic nature and fabulous presentation!
Cath and Hamish dealt with last minute changes, took care of all of our needs (including bar staff) and never faltered in their communication or service with us. A huge breath of fresh air.
One week on I am still hearing about the food at our wedding day. How tasty it was, how fresh, and it was definitely a highlight for a lot of our guests. I couldn’t recommend Hereford more, and I will!

From the first phone call to Kathryn I knew we had the right team for Tim and Jens beach Wedding, we had the best advice, kept it simple just as the Bride and Groom wanted, food was outstanding, we did finger food and ham & buns etc later in the evening, It was tasty, plentiful beautifully presented and served by their professional but relaxed and personal team, we could not of been happier, love your work Kathryn and Hamish and Thank You xxx

The team from Hereford Kitchen were amazing to work with, they made the whole process very easy. The range of menus from had great options to choose between. On the night they worked seamlessly, all the food was delicious and beautifully presented! The salmon was divine!

We had the pleasure of having the Hereford Kitchen team cater our wedding. Hamish and Catherine made the entire process so easy from the initial meeting to the big day. We had such delicious food, and the Hereford Kitchen team did a great job battling the elements to make it happen.

We met with a few caterers in Tauranga trying to find the right one who could caterer for our wedding at our farm in Te Puna.  Access to the location on the farm not easy, me a bit of a foodie, 150 people, and in general needing to get the right vibe of people we could trust was important, it was our wedding day after all!
When we met Cath and Hamish for the first time, we didnt need to look any further.  It was obvious they had loads of experience, they were true foodies themselves, their menu looked awesome and they were happy to incorporate my ideas (cake pops!) and work to the theme.  They both had such a warm caring energy and just got it.
On the day, they exceeded our expectations on what the caterers would do. They were just there in the background, making it all happen.  We had so many great comments on our food (important to me) and also what lovely people they were.  I would highly recommend using, one of the best in the bay.
