I just wanted to thank Melanie for helping make my wedding day so special. Melanie arrived early to set up and the whole morning was calm and relaxed. Our hair and makeup all looked so beautiful, we had loads of comments on the day and her work will be evident in our photos. I had 3 girls who all had very different and difficult hair and yet Melanie still manged to put their hair up in a beautiful style that suited all three of them. She also stayed that extra bit longer and went that extra mile by helping to lace up all of our dresses for us.
Thank you so much Melanie for all of your hard work that day. We felt like a million dollars thanks to you.

I want to say a massive thankyou to melanie for the gorgeous work she did for me and my bridemaids and my Mum on our wedding day.
WE were so happy with the makeup. My girls looked stunning and I was so happy with my makeup. I had so many comments on the day on what a beautiful job Melanie had done.

I found Melanie to be rude and unprofessional and would not recommend her.
I hired her to do hair and make up for myself, 2 bridesmaids and my mother (4 people total).
When she arrived she didn’t say hello and during the time she was doing our hair, made no polite conversation, despite this being a special and important day- esp. for me the bride.
Anyway my bridesmaid asked who would be doing our make up and i said Melanie.
To which she overheard and snapped “No, I don’t know anything about make up, I’ve only been asked to do hair”.  I have the original email that I sent to Melanie asking her to do make up aswell.  Melanie threatened to leave and didn’t want to even go to her house and retrieve her make up kit.  It was most upsetting for me and my mother - who was in tears, myself and my mother later calmed ourselves down, with my photographer coming to the rescue and her friend did our make up - thank goodness!, Anyway Melanie ended up doing all our hair, with payment, and we received no apology from her. A few days later after my wedding day she sent me an angry email, saying she’d checked her voice-mail and no, there was no message from me asking about make up.  I forwarded her my email and she still didn’t admit to being in the wrong.  I would not recommend her as she is just so unprofessional with very bad customer relation skills, although our hair did look good which I have to admit, I just can’t believe how she handled the situation and it could have really ruined my special day.  Women please beware.
